We’re members of NIVO (National Independent Vending Operators), this is the UK’s largest buying group for independent vending operators giving us access to the lowest possible prices. This allows us to pass on these cost savings to our customers and it allows us to offer all the benefits of ‘big business vending’ but with that local touch by a team who care.

Our dedicated team are kept stocked with parts and they’re pretty awesome. Our first fix rate is 97% and our standard call out time is 4 hours, our operators are also trained in front line fault finding so often your operator will be able to fix things in a much quicker time frame.

No Hidden Costs

We believe in giving you a ‘true’ price, our sales managers will tell you exactly how much your machine will cost you. Whether you choose to purchase outright or lease your machine we’ll let you know exactly how much this will cost you. We’ll let you know about any extras such as water filter changes. We’ll then let you know exactly how much you’ll be paying for each tea, coffee or snack. We don’t have hidden fees that are sprung upon you, all our costs are outlined clearly in our terms & conditions. We don’t charge hidden delivery costs or an installation fee

We’re aware that some companies offer free machines, in many cases these tie you in to vastly inflated cup costs or minimum vend figures to cover the cost of the machine and we find many customers end up paying much more than if they’d come to us in the first place. One particular site with 35 staff was vending 500 drinks a week from a ‘free on loan’ incup hot drinks machine from a well known company was able to save over £1,000 a year by switching to a leased fully operated machine with a better quality drink. Very occasionally we may offer a free on loan machine, but only when it’s in the customers best interests.

Our Products

Our team use only the best products – we’ll never vend with an inferior product. Our machines are kept stocked with the brands you know and love, and we work with only trusted and reputable machine manufacturers. We often get asked by alternative manufacturers and suppliers with a promise of lower pricing to use their products but find they offer an inferior product – this is something we’d never compromise on. We’ll never tie ourselves in to particular suppliers or use strict planograms – our team are given freedom to stock the machines with products that are actually in demand on each individual site.

A Healthy Upgrade Plan

Customers choose to stay with us, so once the initial lease term is coming to an end we offer a healthy upgrade plan allowing customers to keep their existing machines for a lower cost or to switch to newer machines at a great rate. We’ve watched many of the companies we work with grow in size and always step in to ensure the machines used are still the right fit for that business. We have a very high customer retention rate and we believe this is a testimony to the great service we provide.
