Choose from three standard wallpapers – Iconic, Cool Mono, or Warm Espresso – to complement your space.

Neo delivers a true coffee shop experience, providing a diverse range of beverages, from fresh leaf tea to robust, continental coffee blends brewed directly from the beans. Using the in-touch selection system, you can personalise your drink, adjusting the milk and sugar levels and altering the strength of your tea or coffee. The machine's jug facility also offers freshly prepared coffee and tea for those important meetings. Engage and Inform Neo's digital signage serves as a simple solution to capture the attention of impulse buyers, providing crucial information about the products, including calorific and allergen content. Choose between two media screen options – 10" or 15" – to further enhance the consumer experience. Easily updated via USB, the screen can display .MP4 and .JPG files, with the option to add features like an RSS news feed and remote uploading.

Neo's I-Detect system guarantees a cup dispensed every time – or your money back! It also allows you to place your own cup, which will be automatically detected. The user experience is further enhanced with a spacious serving area and LED backlight, illuminating the drink during preparation. Plus, the Quick Code facility provides a unique code for your ideal beverage, for easy ordering in the future.
Advanced Energy Saving
Neo incorporates the most advanced energy-saving mode available. Its in-built learning technology monitors usage and automatically adjusts the shutdown or economy time periods. Energy Learn detects usage via the selection system, and Energy I-Detect uses an advanced motion sensor to detect a user approaching the machine. Independently tested to the EVA-EMP standard, Neo only consumes 86 WH per litre.

Neo Single Fresh Brew Tea: Offers a wide range of hot beverages, including genuine freshly brewed tea drinks, along with a soluble menu of coffee, milk, and chocolate.
